You pick up to three people who know you in real life, and we email them to confirm they’re ready to help. You decide whether one, two, or three of them must confirm before anything is delivered. Requiring two confirmations means one person’s accidental action cannot release everything, and having three people means the other two can still step in if someone is unreachable.
If you don’t check in on schedule, we don’t release anything. Instead, we ask your trusted people if you’re okay. If you’re just busy or traveling, you or your people can confirm you’re okay with one tap. You can turn Check-Ins on or off anytime.
Yes. With Personal Follow-Up, a real person (not AI) follows up by email, text, and phone if receipt of what you prepared is unconfirmed. Your confirmation rules still apply before anything is shared.
