Taylor
I’m Taylor. A product leader, builder, veteran, and dad. I ship reliable systems and small apps that make life less messy. I made If Required because sticky notes and good intentions aren’t a strategy.
I build distributed systems, platform teams, and simple products people actually use. If Required exists because airport‑anxiety and “someone will remember” are a terrible backup plan.
I started in desktop support and datacenter ops, then moved into architecture, sales engineering, and product leadership. I’ve run platform teams, led Kubernetes GTM, and shipped realtime and storage systems at scale. Those roles taught me how systems fail in the wild and how to design to survive it.
I served in the Marines and the National Guard. I’m a dad who used to write emails to his boys before every flight. That combination makes me picky about reliability and unforgiving about complexity.
If Required is an encrypted, pragmatic place for messages, photos, instructions, and account details that actually deliver to the right people when they should. Design rule: if I wouldn’t use it for my kids, it fails.
